Dialaflight’s website is more for window shopping. You cannot physically book thru their website but you find what you are looking for and then book thru the phone.
They company was established 25 years ago.

So it is more like a normal retail travel agent. You have to ring thru to a travel consultant who will then see if the deal is still available. The prices advertised on the website are from prices. You maybe lucky enough to get this price or it could be available only at low season.

A bonus is that you do get a travel consultant who is based in the UK. No foreign call centre whose English may be hard to understand. Generally the first call you make is a 0870 number but then they will give you a local and more likely their direct line.

Dialaflight is like a normal travel agency where they consultants are on commission so the customer service will most likely be better than most. But with every customer service industry there is the good and the bad.

Everything that you are searching for on Dialaflight is on request. If you are looking to book and pay for everything then and there then this is not the site for you. If you are wanting to see what is out there and then speak to a consultant over the phone and have assistance from someone that is likely to have been there then Dialaflight is not so bad.

Another downside is you have to have pay over the phone with a credit card. There isn’t a retail store where you can go in and pay cash.

Dialaflight is a good site if you have a complicated trip that you are taking. You can get ideas for prices, destinations, package deals and you can get your travel insurance here aswell.
